Gasparilla Hotel Information

FOR THE NIKE GASPARILLA VOLLEYBALL CLASSIC, ALL CLUBS RESIDING MORE THAN 60 MILES FROM THE PLAYING VENUE MUST SECURE AT LEAST 5 HOTEL ROOMS PER TEAM FOR AT LEAST 2 NIGHTS.

THS will be handling the HOTEL block again this year.

After 11AM EST on November 6th, participants can either make hotel reservations by:

1. Going online using the link below!
2. Calling the THS Reservation Department (toll free) at 888-536-8326 and referencing the NIKE Gasparilla Volleyball Classic.

How to Book Tournament Hotels:

Register for the event on SportWrench.
Pay for your entry fee via check or credit card.
Make hotel reservations for your team through THS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Club MUST be registered and paid for the tournament in order to book hotel rooms for your Club/Team(s).

Encourage your team parents to book through THS.
Accept hotel contract you receive from THS.
Receive your acceptance notice from the tournament!

Stay, Play, and Save Policy:

Tampa Volleyball Tournaments are implementing the "Stay, Play, and Save" policy that has been instituted for most Junior National Qualifiers and several other Florida tournaments. Each team registering for the tournament must make its hotel reservations through THS at an approved Tampa Volleyball Tournament hotel to be eligible to participate in the tournament. The approved hotel list is generated by THS. Reasons for implementing the Stay, Play, and Save policy are to increase the amount of room nights available to teams and clubs and to help police the rates the hotels are offering. By increasing the amount of room nights actually used for the purpose of attending our events, the NIKE Gasparilla Classic is able to prove to the host city our positive impact on their local economy, thus building stronger relationships as well as helping to offset facility pricing.

All hotel rates within our tournament block include a rebate amount that the tournament uses to offset facility expenses. THS is and will continue to guarantee the lowest group rates available through continual rate integrity checks (exclusions include single/king bed rooms, employee rates, government rates, AAA and AARP rates). If you are unsure, or think you have found a better rate, please feel free to call THS.

**NOTE: The considerations below do not apply to individual reservations, ONLY to a Team or an entire Club.

Does your team/club already have a signed hotel contract? Please email THS a copy of your Hotel contract and what your needs are. We will try and incorporate those rooms into our approved hotel list.
