Gasparilla is always interested in expanding our exhibitor and vendor offering. Although our event vendors are predominantly geared to volleyball enthusiasts, our target audience meets the needs of many companies, offering a variety of products and services.

EVENT OPPORTUNITIES & DETAILS:

Gasparilla Kickoff Classic February 14-16 Tampa Convention Center

BOOTH DETAILS:

10 FT. X 10 FT. BOOTH INCLUDES: 1 - 6' Skirted Table • 2 - Side Chairs • 1 - Small trash can

10 FT. X 20 FT. BOOTH INCLUDES: 2 - 6' Skirted Tables • 4 - Side Chairs • 1 - Small trash can

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibit hall/Concourse area is generally NOT carpeted.

OTHER INFORMATION:

● NEW THIS YEAR: NO CASH SALES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ANY VENDORS AT ANY OF THE ABOVE LISTED EVENTS

● It will be the responsibility of each vendor to secure any power or internet needed from the building and I would provide those contacts for events you wish to contract.

● Each 10x10 exhibitor booth will include 2 to 4 vendor passes for the event; additional passes are $10 each.

● There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations within 20 days of any event as we can not look to find a replacement for the secured booth within that window.

● Payment can be processed through Credit Card or Check payment and must be received upon contract. Spaces are limited for each event and its venue.

GENERAL SCHEDULE:

● Set-Up Hours: Day before event play begins ......................12:00 - 6:00 PM (HARD STOP)

Event/Show Hours:

● Day 1 ...................................8:00 AM - approx. 9:00 PM (doors open @ 7am)

● Day 2/3 ................................8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (doors open @ 7am)

● Tear-Down Deadline: Must be moved out by 7:00 PM in most venues on final day.
